Es fehlen Kleiderschränke,Nachttischlampen in den Schlafräumen und die Schlafräume sind sehr eng gehalten.Die Hausamlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Balkon mit Blick zum Meer ist entsprechend ,der Hausmeister ist sehr nett ,würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich wunderbar zum Urlaub machen und hat zudem eine gute Lage. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, aber es fing mit einem defektem Rollo im Schlafraum an, welches sich nicht korrekt schließen ließ. Weiter ging's dann mit dem Internet...das Volumen war vom Vormieter der Wohnung schon aufgebraucht. Musste umständlich (kostenlos) mit dem Vermieter telefonisch aufgeladen werden. Warum keine Flatrate? Dann wollten wir unser Geschirr in der Spülmaschine waschen, leider defekt. Also per Hand abwaschen. Das kostet Urlaubszeit und ist unnötig heutzutage. Nächsten Tag hatten wir etwas Sand vom Strand reingetragen und wollten die Wohnung mit dem Staubsauger reinigen. Staubsauger leider defekt. Danach haben wir dann keine weiteren elektrischen Geräte mehr ausprobiert, hatten schon etwas Angst. Das Badezimmer hat zu wenig Wandhaken um Waschlappen oder ähnliches aufzuhängen. Haben darauf hin ein Mail an den Vermieter wegen Mietminderung gesendet. Leider hat der Vermieter für sowas kein Ohr und spielt "toten" Hund. Also, man ist verloren. Die Firma Kraushaar hat uns als Vermittler immer gut unterstützt und geholfen, wo es geht. Dieser Service ist Top

Das Schlafzimmer war so klein, dass weder Nachttisch noch Nachtlampe vorhanden war. Wenn man zu Bett gehen wollte, hat man sich permanent an den Ecken gestoßen. Das Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Einrichtung Bad/WC nicht mehr zeitgemäß(70erJahre) Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer / Küche war okay wobei der Geschirrspüler defekt war. Eierkocher war nicht vorhanden. Wer das kleine Zimmer als Kinderzimmer braucht, hat geloost (zu wenig Platz und auch Kleiderschrank)
