Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Kiel Fjord and Laboe Beach.

You can easily reach your holiday home via the lift or the stairs. The modernly equipped holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults and features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, an adjoining dining area, and an open kitchen area; a cosy bedroom with a large double bed (7-zone comfort mattresses), and a bathroom with a heated towel rack. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the beach, the Outer Kiel Fjord, and the many ships passing by. It’s the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning and balmy evenings with a glass of wine. Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

You can park your car right outside the building.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to weather conditions.
