+als Paar (71) mit Hund haben wir diese Hau gemietet. Die Zufahrt bis auf den Hinterhof der Ostseeklinik in Holm zeigte fur etwas breitere SUVs Probleme auf. Im Haus erschien uns die 13- stufige steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer fur ältere Semester sehr beschwerlich, zumal man Nachts auch mal raus muss, Toilette war unten. Die beiden Sofas ohne Federkern ließen uns versinken, Aufstehen sehr erschwert. Kaffeemaschine, älteres Baujahr sehr verkalkt, ging aber. Der Toaster hingegen gehört auf den Müll. Wartet man auf der kleinsten Stufe 1, bis der Toast herauskommt, ist er schwarz verbrannt. Also immer nach ein paar Minuten nachschauen. Wir wollten unsere Hündin frei im Garten laufen lassen...ging nicht, weil die Gartenpforte nicht ganz geschlossen werden konnte. Auch sollte man ruhig mal die Hecken schneiden, sieht ziemlich verwahrlost aus. Sonst soweit alls ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Leider können wir nicht mehr Punkte vergeben. Hatten schon bessere Häuser für weniger Geld an der Ostsee.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus insgesamt ist durchaus ansprechend. Allerdings gab es einige Mängel, die bitte als Hinweis für vorzunehmende Reparaturen sind bzw. für Korrekturen zu verstehen sind: Wasseranschluss Waschmaschine nicht abstellbar; Duschköpfe- Regendusche undicht, Wasser läuft oberhalb der Sprühplatte aus; Einhängung Handdusche nicht feststellbar; rechter Unterschrank Küche: stark defekte Führung des Schubkastens, so dass Tür darunter sich nicht offnen lässt. Der Schuppen auf dem Grundstück konnte nicht für Fahrräder genutzt werden, da völlig zugestellt. In der Ausschreibung war (und ist aktuell noch) ein Strandkorb ausgewiesen. Dieser ist nicht vorhanden. Das Eingangstor sollte dringend eingestellt und ggf. ein neuer Riegel eingebaut werden.

Bei der Ankunft am Haus,wurden wir von dem Bewohner des Hauses Nr.58 abgefangen und es wurde uns ein Vortrag über die Zufahrt und den Poller gehalten ! Beim betreten des Hauses fiel uns ein übler Geruch in der Küche und im Wohnraum auf,sowie die wirklich schmutzigen Scheiben ! Die Küchenmöbel sind auch sehr abgewohnt. Auch die Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt. In Ordnung waren das Bad und die Schlafzimmer. Der Mietpreis für 2026 zu erhöhen ,finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.
