Shop 20 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Titsa La Arenita" 230 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3.8 km. Nearby attractions: Playa de Las Americas 11 km, Siam Park 11 km, Masca 43 km, El Teide 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
