Wermelskirchen is a small town in the Bergisches Land region, located between Cologne/Leverkusen and Remscheid/Wuppertal, right off the A1 highway. About 300 meters from the apartment is the bus stop for RVK Line 260. This line provides a direct connection to Remscheid and Cologne Central Station.

Shopping options are also within walking distance. A supermarket is about 500 meters away. The nearest bakery is just 100 meters away.

The Balkan/bicycle trail is also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The adjacent Sengbach Valley is perfect for hiking or biking.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator with two freezer compartments, an oven, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible rain shower. Towels are provided. The bedroom has a large double bed. Bedding is provided. In addition to a large couch and a satellite TV, the living room also has another single bed in case you prefer separate sleeping areas. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are also available.

Mooi proper en ruim verblijf. Door de ligging onderaan het gebouw blijft de temperatuur binnen ook bij een hittegolf aangenaam. Op wandelafstand van bakker. Rustig gelegen op het einde van een doodlopende straat. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de keuken op de tuin. Gemakkelijk parkeren. Heel vlot contact met de verhuurder.

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Schön gelegen, am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch sofort zur Stelle (falls man mal Fragen hatte). Also: absolut zu empfehlen !

Wir haben nicht für uns gebucht, sondern für die Mitarbeiter und die waren sehr begeistert Top Zustand sauber, Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, einfach nichts auszusetzen, Immer wieder gerne.
