Welcome to Haus Appeltuun, a charming holiday rental that offers you a cosy retreat in an idyllic rural setting. With a total area of 70 m², this holiday home is ideal for small families, couples, and anyone seeking a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

The house can accommodate up to 3 people, with two tastefully furnished bedrooms on the upper floor where you can unwind after an exciting day.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. The bright and welcoming living room is ideal for unwinding after a day full of activities and relaxing with a glass of wine, for example. The bathroom, which is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, completes the ground floor. Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is located in front of the house.

A highlight of the house is the covered patio, which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and offers you the chance to enjoy the fresh North Sea air. It’s a great place to relax with a cup of East Frisian tea or read a good book.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bedding: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We will leave the ordered linens ready for you at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.

Eine sehr schöne ruhige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von hier aus kann man viel unternehmen, Greetsiel ist gut zu erreichen, ebenso Campen, Pilsum, Emden und viele andere schöne Orte. Der Bäcker vor Ort ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Appeltuun. ,

Das Ferienhäuschen ist sehr gemütlich. Da ist auch ein Tag Regenwetter nicht tragisch. Wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch gerne auf der überdachten Terrasse gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist optimal, da Emden in der Nähe liegt und auch die Ausflugsziele wie Pilsumer Leuchtturm oder Greetsiel schnell zu erreichen sind. Durch den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang ist das Be- und Entladen der Koffer und Taschen optimal und auch die ruhige Lage ist toll. Die Terrasse wurde jeden morgen zum Frühstücken genutzt. Von der Buchung der Unterkunft bis zur Abreise gab es keinerlei Probleme und wir hatten auch immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und werden es nach Möglichkeit auch wieder buchen.

Eine wirklich ordentliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Fast wie zu Hause. Mit sehr aufmerksamen und liebevollen Vermietern, die bei Bedarf alles möglich machen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber perfekt um von dort aus, Ausflüge per Rad zu machen. Der Bäcker im Ort ist top. Und die überdachte Terrasse war unser persönliches Highlight. Wir waren nonstop draußen und haben dort gegessen, gequatscht, gelesen und gelacht. Ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil. Volle Empfehlung gibt es von uns. Vielen Dank.

Schöne, ruhige Lage in einer top ausgestatteten FeWwo. Die überdachte Terasse war unser Highlight. Haben immer draußen gesessen und alle Mahlzeiten dort verbracht. Ein Träumchen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ♡ Mit Fahrrad kann man sehr viel von der Umgebung sehen. Lohnt sich eines dabei zu haben. Und der Bäcker vor Ort ist auch empfehlenswert.
