vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke mit uns zu teilen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen der traumhafte Ausblick und die großzügige Aufteilung des Hauses für Ihre Gruppe gefallen haben.
Gerne möchten wir jedoch auf einen Punkt Ihrer Bewertung eingehen: Die komplette Küchenausstattung – Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe sowie Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc.– war bereits zu Ihrem Aufenthalt neu und vollständig vorhanden. Auch das gesamte Wohnzimmer war bereits damals komplett neu ausgestattet. In diesem Punkt können wir Ihre Einschätzung daher leider nicht teilen.
Nichtsdestotrotz danken wir Ihnen für Ihr Feedback zu anderen Aspekten des Hauses und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, unseren Gästen ein noch angenehmeres Aufenthaltserlebnis zu bieten.
