Welcome to this beautiful stone house full of character, nestled in the heart of the Bergerac vineyards in the charming village of Cunèges, Périgord. Set in a peaceful, green environment, this authentic home welcomes up to 6 guests for an unforgettable countryside getaway.
The house features 3 comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a double sink.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. A large TV is available in the living room. The ground floor is air-conditioned for hot days, and fans are provided upstairs.
Enjoy your own private 12 x 6 m pool for relaxing in total privacy, along with a spacious 40 m² covered terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The garden invites you to stroll and unwind in a tranquil setting.
