For shared use: natural state property 3 ha with natural garden, orchard. Table tennis, volleyball, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: washing machine (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Valleandona" 2 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 35 km, Turin 55 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
