Here you’ll find peace, rest, and relaxation in every season. Our cosy, quiet holiday rental in Zempin on the island of Usedom offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s situated in a quiet location, right next to the coastal forest and just a few minutes’ walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The nearby Achterwasser, with its tranquil atmosphere, invites you to dream. Zempin is the smallest of the “Bernsteinbäder” and also the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom, which keeps the influx of holidaymakers and tourists to a minimum. The lively Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, with its many shopping opportunities, is just under 3 km away. From Zempin, you can easily explore the island by bike, on foot, by car, or via the Usedomer Bäderbahn. Nestled in the coastal forest, near the Baltic Sea, is the new beach promenade with a large open-air stage. Concerts are held here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea is a special experience.

We’d be delighted if you’d like to bring your dog with you. Please note:

One small, well-behaved dog with a shoulder height of up to 45 cm is permitted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger dogs or multiple dogs.

If guests arrive with dogs that do not meet these criteria, we unfortunately cannot provide accommodation.

A new feature is the integrated use of the train starting at 01.01.2025,, so that all UsedomCard holders from the seaside resort of Zempin can use this transport service without a ticket. In Zempin, the visitor’s tax per night/stay is as follows: in the early season (Jan. 1,-31.03.2026): 3.30 EUR; in the high season (Apr. 1,-31.10.2026): 3.70 EUR; in the late season (Nov. 1,-31.12.2026): 3.30 EUR
