Our 40 sqm holiday apartment offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy a vacation in three countries: Germany, Luxembourg, and France. Located in a quiet area on the Moselle promenade in Perl-Besch, you will have a green view of the garden and a side view of the Moselle River from the living area.



The apartment features a separate bedroom with TV and a sofa bed in the living room, also with TV. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area. The interior bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor and is one of four units in the building. Parking is available at the property.



The surrounding area offers a variety of activities across three countries: explore Luxembourg and France, cycle the Moselle bike path to Koblenz or into France, try stand-up paddling, enjoy panoramic hiking trails, visit the Saarschleife in Orscholz, Trier, Roman excavations, and much more.

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und man kann einen Hund mitnehmen. Die Location war für uns passend weil wir viel Zeit in Luxembourg verbracht haben. Das Dorf Besch liegt an der Mosel was wirklich schön ist, aber in der Stadt selbst gibts nichts. Alle Läden und die einzige Kneipe sind ständig dicht.
