The stylish en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, great for kids or guests, and its bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower function. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed and direct access to the pool, making it another great spot to unwind. The third bathroom has a shower and toilet for convenience. Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own TV, offering private entertainment for every guest. In addition, there’s a versatile den furnished with a pull-out sofa, TV, and desk - the perfect space for working remotely or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva in the fastest way.
You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.
