Perfect stay

Excellent. Perfect place to stay to tour the area and a peaceful place to chill out. Lots of small villages to explore and markets to try local produce. Local beach bar and the restaurant in Sotteville-sur-Mer was well worth a few visits, food was delicious and our visit wouldn’t have been complete without Moules and frites which were on offer everywhere we went. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything needed to make it feel like home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and meeting the owner on our arrival and leaving made our stay that little bit special. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy. Certainly worth another visit

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles sauber und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Zum schönen Strand, bei Ebbe feinster Sand, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche.

Uns hat die ruhige Gegend sehr gefallen, im Juni noch wenig Tourismus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, mit viel Geschmack renoviert, großer Garten. Bestens fĂŒr Hunde geeignet. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.

SĂ©jour mitigĂ© Ă  cause du temps trĂšs moyen. Plage de galets pas trĂšs sympa Ă  marĂ©e haute,mais proche. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderbar restaurierten Bauernhaus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir genossen auch den wunderbaren, großen Garten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Nicht zu vergessen den liebenswĂŒrdigen Franck, mit ihm war eine problemlose Kommunikation möglich. Zum sehr schönen Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsam

Wir waren fĂŒr 3 Wochen in diesem wundervollen, liebevoll sanierten Haus. Es ist eins der HĂ€user, bei denen man merkt, dass auch die EigentĂŒmer es lieben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind super bequem, es war alles sauber, der Garten groß und die Umgebung so friedlich. Boule, Trampolin und Wikingerschach sind vorhanden, auch viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Ort ist ruhig, der Strand nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Es gibt 2 Imbisse am Strand. FĂŒr BĂ€cker und EinkĂ€ufe braucht man ein Auto/Fahrrad. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diese schöne Unterkunft, Franck :)

Garantie fĂŒr Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren 13 Tage in diesem schön restaurierten ehemaligen Bauernhaus mit riesigem Garten. Der kleine Wintergarten war der ideale Ort zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken oder Abendessen bei bedecktem Himmel. Ansonsten konnte man auch bei sonnigem Wetter die Terrasse vor dem Haus nutzen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles Erforderliche vorhanden. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Uns hat gefallen, dass es nur ein Bistro gab und es sehr weitlĂ€ufig und ruhig am Strand war. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Franck fĂŒr die landestypischen Leckereien zur BegrĂŒĂŸung.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist einfach liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Garten ist riesig und wir haben uns gerne und viel dort aufgehalten. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, einfach klasse. Unserer HĂŒndin hat der Garten auch sehr gefallen. Der fußlĂ€ufige Strand ist ebefalls richtig klasse. Und unser Vermieter Franck ist sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Großes rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr gerĂ€umig. Es hat einen großen Garten mit Liegewiese, Essplatz, LiegestĂŒhlen und Spielmöglichkeiten, völlig ruhige Lage. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber. Einfacher Check-in und Check-out Den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Einkauf ist eine Fahrt in den Nachbarort (BĂ€cker) bzw. nach Saint-Valery-en-Caux oder Dieppe (SupermĂ€rkte) notwendig. Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Check-in und Check-out absolut unkompliziert, so wie der vorherige Kontakt per Mail mit Franck ebenfalls. Das Haus ist groß und liegt auf einem sehr großen, eingezĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck in einer Sackgasse - absolute Ruhe ist garantiert. Entfernung zum Meer/Strand ca. 250 mtr., nĂ€chster Supermarkt ca. 8 km, BĂ€cker ca. 3 km entfernt. Zum Haus: sehr sauber, gute WiFi-Verbindung, viel Platz. Wir waren zu zweit + Hund dort. KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet, alles erforderliche an Hausrat ist vorhanden. Kann die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen (das wird sicherlich der Fall sein), werden wir wieder dort buchen.

GroßzĂŒgiges Ferienhaus mit großem eingezĂ€unten Garten

Wir (5 Erwachsene 1 Hund) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in stilvollem und großzĂŒgigen Ambiente verbracht. Haus und KĂŒche sind gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gepflegt.. Franck der Vermieter ist sehr nett, super hilfsbereit und zuverlĂ€ssig. 5 Minuten zum Strand, auch mit Hund dort kein Problem.

GemĂŒtliches Wohnen in mehreren Zimmern, helle, freundliche SchlafrĂ€ume, sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, einladende Terrassen zu jeder Tageszeit. Schönes Ferienhaus in der Normandie

Wir haben uns in dem großen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es hat gar nichts gefehlt, man ist außerdem sehr nah am (Kiesel)Strand, den wir aber nur einmal zum laufen besucht haben. FĂŒr Strandleben war es noch zu kalt. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und sind viel mit den RĂ€dern unterwegs gewesen. Eine traumhafte Gegend zum entspannen und entdecken! Sehr netter Vermieter der sich viel MĂŒhe gibt auch wenn’s mit unserem französisch etwas schlecht lief. Wir konnten uns trotzdem gut verstĂ€ndigen! Merci Monsieur Dufour!

Tolles Haus fĂŒr Familien nah am Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren drei Kindern (2J. und 2x 5 Monate). Der Garten ist ein Kinderparadies und die Ausstattung ist super, insbesondere auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder (Kleinkinderbetten. Laufstall, etc). Zum nahen Strand kommt man in 5 min zu Fuß - sehr zu empfehlen!

Maison idéale pour un séjour avec enfants

J’ai sĂ©journĂ© dans cette belle longĂšre avec mon petit garçon de 2 ans. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e : vĂ©ritable lit bĂ©bĂ© avec vrai matelas, petite couette moelleuse, chaise haute, jeux, balançoire, toboggan, trampoline, terrain de pĂ©tanque, trĂšs grand jardin, douche Ă  l’italienne, etc Les propriĂ©taires ont mĂȘme complĂ©tĂ© l’équipement en achetant avant mon arrivĂ©e de la vaisselle et des livres pour enfants :) La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, en face d’un prĂ© avec deux moutons et Ă  100 mĂštres de la plage oĂč se trouvent bateaux, tracteurs, poissonnier, aire de jeux, vaches, foodtrucks, supĂ©rette qui font le bonheur des petits et des grands J’ai pu visiter les environs : ferme Ă  Auffay (association effet des fĂ©es), parc de Cleres, musĂ©e des pompiers de Montville, FĂ©camp, Dieppe, sans parler du front de mer de Quiberville avec ses trĂšs bonnes gaufres et sa grande aire de jeux et aussi la super brocante Le Cabaret sur le route de Dieppe / Offranville Je reviendrai avec plaisir et recommande ce super logement ! Jag skrev en recension 2016 som fortfarande stÀmmer. De enda förÀndringarna Àr till det bÀttre: huset förbÀttras löpande. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vecka Àven denna gÄng. VÀdret var inte det bÀsta men omrÄdet erbjuder mycket att göra ÀndÄ.
