It features three bedrooms—two furnished with double beds and one with a single bed. The inviting living room is equipped with SAT-TV with German channels, a radio with CD player, and an open fireplace, all providing a view of the lake. The bright kitchen includes a dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. A small bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin completes the interior. Guests may enjoy communal access to four bicycles, a charcoal grill, and various garden furniture. Additionally, the house has hot and cold water, and heating options include electric and fireplace. Note that pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited.
