Bright windows create a welcoming atmosphere, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped—ideal for cooking together, breakfast in the sun, or playing games with the kids.

The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) with blackout pleated blinds for restful nights. The comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower and your very own private sauna—perfect for warming up after days at the beach or mudflat hikes.

**Family-Friendly**
To ensure even the little ones feel right at home: a high chair, travel cot, games, and books are included. A washing machine and dryer are available—handy for longer stays.
