A 2-room holiday apartment (43 square metres) in a stunningly beautiful location, certified with 4 DTV stars, featuring a balcony with a lake view and direct access to the sunbathing area and swimming dock on Lake Balmer.

The well-equipped built-in kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, and an exhaust hood.
A full-sized bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (initial supply). In our cosy living area and on our balcony (with a table and two chairs) overlooking the Achterwasser, you’ll have the opportunity to wind down at the end of your day, perhaps with a glass of wine.

The apartment is easily accessible by lift.
The apartment includes its own underground parking space with direct access from inside the building.
The wellness area, featuring three different saunas, a spacious relaxation room, and a fitness area, is also located on the ground floor of the same building, just a few steps away. Explore the beautiful hiking and biking trails along the Achterwasser, and discover romantic swimming spots and forests in the heart of the nature reserve.
