The 50 m² holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a living room with access to the rooftop terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with three freezer compartments, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and various kitchen appliances. Towels and bed linens are provided. I am available to answer any questions you may have and will personally hand over the holiday rental.
The property features a garage, a parking space, and a seating area with a grill and fire pit. Bicycles can be stored in a locked outbuilding, and there is a charging station for e-bikes.
The holiday rental is located outside the village on the grounds of a decommissioned train station with four houses. The nearest shopping area is 500 m away. Restaurants, the memorial to the former Stasi prison, a museum, a cinema, and a theatre can be found in the district capital of Bautzen, 10 km away. Popular destinations for day trips include the Saurierpark—6 km away—with its miniature park and maze in Kleinwelka, as well as the reservoir in Bautzen. From the apartment, you can enjoy extended bike rides through the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape. Excursions to Lake Bärwalder, Saxon Switzerland, or the region’s many castles and palaces are also well worth the trip.
Swimming is available at the “Blue Adriatic” in Crosta—about 7 km away—at the Niesendorf Forest Pool—about 10 km away—and at the Spreebad Bautzen—about 10 km away
The city of Dresden and the borders with Poland and the Czech Republic are about 50 km away.
