Welcome to Giens—one of the most beautiful places in southern France, right on the coast.
Our small, charming property is nestled in a quiet, green setting on the Route de la Madrague, with private access to the water and Mediterranean charm.
Whether you want to relax or get out and about on the water—you’ll find the perfect spot for both here.

The Accommodation
The holiday rental is simply yet comfortably and practically furnished with rustic charm.
It features:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed; bedroom 2 has 2 single beds
- A cot is available (please send us a quick message if you plan to come with small children, and we’ll set it up for you).
- 1 bathroom with shower/tub
- 1 separate guest bathroom
- Living area with a sofa corner and a large TV
- Well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, large refrigerator, and cooking utensils
- Terrace with shaded area and ocean view
- Washing machine
- Rustic outdoor/beach shower
- The property is right on the water (5 m)

Note: Please bring your own bed linens and towels—however, we’re happy to provide them upon request for an additional fee. Blankets and pillows are provided.

Amenities & Extras
- SUPs and kayaks are available free of charge—just ask Sébastien; he’ll be happy to recommend a tour of La Madrague Bay.
- You can start paddling right from the apartment.
- Lockable garage/basement for storing sports equipment

- Hike around the Giens Peninsula—with breathtaking coastal scenery
- Day trip to Porquerolles—perfect for beach lovers
- L’Almanarre Beach—popular with kitesurfers, just a few minutes away
- A small pebble beach right by the house—quiet, but better suited for water sports than swimming. However, you can easily set up a lounge chair there to sunbathe. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset here.
- The small, charming Mediterranean village of Giens with a bakery, a small supermarket, and several cafés and restaurants
- Diving schools, kitesurfing schools, and boat rentals nearby
- Wine tastings – best booked via winealist.com,; highly recommended: Château La Tour de l'Évêque
- Weekly markets in La Capte (1–2 times a week)
- Larger shopping options in Hyères (10–15 min. by car)
