Welcome to the Fichtelgebirge—to our home, where you’ll find Janine, Markus, and our little son Olivio. We invite you to experience a true getaway surrounded by forests, ponds, and hiking trails. Our KUNO apartment is quietly located on the edge of a small village and offers direct access to nature—perfect for anyone seeking peace and quiet, wanting to stay active, or simply looking to unwind. Spanning 65 m², the apartment features a cosy bedroom with a box-spring bed and a pull-out bed, a bright living area with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV, a modern kitchen-dining area, and a bathroom with a bathtub and an integrated shower. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth, and high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The large terrace overlooking a small natural pond is particularly lovely—here you can relax, enjoy the fresh air, or just let your mind wander. The tiled stove ensures cosy evenings on cooler days. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due one day before arrival (via bank transfer). Dogs are welcome here (20 EUR per stay, maximum of two dogs). Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and midnight; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other times are available by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box (code provided in advance). A security deposit of 250 EUR is due by the day of arrival, along with the remaining balance. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, provided the check-out rules are followed and the property is returned in good condition. The washing machine and dryer can be used for 3 EUR per use. A basket of firewood for the tiled stove costs 6 EUR. We ask that you leave the apartment swept clean at checkout, remove the bed linens, return the dishes washed, and dispose of the trash separately.
