The residential building contains a total of three residential units. All of them were recently renovated in early 2025.

The apartments share a common entryway. Residents can park their bicycles in the entryway.

The open-concept living space includes the kitchen, the dining area, and a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom has natural light. The loft features a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Weener.

In all apartments, the kitchen is equipped as follows: oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.
