For shared use: garden 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 10 m on the road.
