Tena: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet "La Truffe", 2 storeys, built in 2005. On the outskirts. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.6 km, railway station "Sion" 17.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 1.9 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 1.8 km, Chemin des Cretes 1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"La Truffe 6", 5-room chalet 120 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the terrace, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the garden, west facing position. Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Upper floor: gallery with cable TV and DVD. Large balcony, north facing position, terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage, height 195 cm, width 250 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.
