The bright living area with a wood-burning stove is perfect for relaxing evenings. Large windows offer views of the surrounding greenery and the nearby lake. Right next door, you can enjoy sunny afternoons or cosy evenings on the west-facing terrace. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair are at your disposal. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, separate freezer, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle leave nothing to be desired. You can dine together in a separate dining area with a view of the lake. Five bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people and are comfortably and stylishly furnished. Two bathrooms on the upper floor ensure comfort: one is equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Two guest bathrooms on the ground floor round out the amenities.

A lockable garage parking space (entrance height 1.90 m, approx. 28 m²) is reserved for you. You can safely store the bicycles you bring with you in your own bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for washing your holiday clothes. Wi-Fi is included.
