About this property

House under thatch with tiled stove and sauna in Archsum

This gorgeous semi-detached cottage with a thatched roof offers everything that makes for a special holiday on Sylt. The light colours, the exquisite selection of materials, and the charming Swedish-style antiques lend the rooms a warm and cosy atmosphere. Numerous custom-built woodwork features add charm to every room. You can settle in comfortably in front of the historic tiled stove with an exciting book or a romantic glass of wine. The modern BOSE 5.1 sound system, expertly installed by a carpenter, transforms the living room into a concert hall when needed. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and two high-end bathrooms featuring motion-sensor-activated dim lighting, built-in radios, heated towel racks, and rain showers. The spacious sauna creates a wellness atmosphere. The large southwest-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun while breathing in the fresh Sylt air.
