The apartment on the second floor can be rented out as a vacation apartment, short-term rental or for a longer stay. The high-quality construction as a climate house has been thought through down to the smallest detail for maximum living comfort. Great importance was attached to the use of ecological building materials. The house welcomes you with soothing, warm brown tones on the outside and is located in the middle of an agricultural environment near the edge of the forest with a house garden, fruit trees and a small vegetable patch.

The apartment is south-east facing, a 55 m² apartment for 2 (to 3) people, with oiled oak floors and furniture. Natural lime paint on the interior walls and untreated larch windows support the natural indoor climate. The spacious eat-in kitchen is designed with plenty of natural light, appealing colors and equipped with a worktop made of Siusi basalt.

Geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system make the apartment almost completely energy self-sufficient. The underfloor heating ensures the right temperature all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an electric kettle.

A cozy bedroom with solid wood furniture (double bed, slatted frame and mattresses from "Grüne Erde" and a box from Team 7) completes the ecological ambience.

A spacious and modern bathroom with shower, WC and bidet offers every comfort for a vacation or a longer stay.
