Villa Ida-Marie is situated in a prominent location directly on the Bansin beach promenade, on the same property where the three houses—Atlantic, Baltic, and Nordic—form the Seeresidenz. The villa, which features just three holiday apartments, has been lovingly renovated and furnished in a modern style. You can reach the promenade and the beach via a private beach access. This 84-square-meter non-smoking holiday apartment on the ground floor offers guests plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. This apartment features a lakeside terrace with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and an additional south-facing balcony. The spacious, bright living room with a lake view is furnished with a cosy sitting area and a TV with a built-in radio. In the separate kitchen-living area, which also features a view of the sea, you’ll find a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped modern kitchenette, including a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop. From here, you can step out onto the furnished upper terrace facing the lake, which offers a magnificent view of the promenade—just 10 metres away—and across the sea. Both bedrooms each feature a double bed with separate mattresses (1.80 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m wide, respectively) and ample closet space; the bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, a guest bathroom is available. The large balcony facing the inner courtyard is south-facing, accessible from both bedrooms, and promises sunshine all day long.
