Als wir ankamne, waren im gesamten Apartment die Heizkörper aus und es waren ca. 10-13 Grad in den Räumen - unzumutbar und eine absolute Frechheit. Wir haben dann ca. 16 Stunden voll geheizt, um auf 19-20 Grad in jedem Raum zu kommen. Es waren zudem kleinere Verschmutzungen nicht beseitigt, eien Zimmertür lässt sich nur von innen schließen und die Schließanlage (Wohnungstür) ging auch immer wieder nur auf mehrfachen Versuch hin. Der Vermieter antwortete unmittelbar, aber die Kälte war ja nicht wegzuzaubern. Das lag daran, dass die Wohnung offensichtlich mehrere Tage oder Wochen nicht beheizt wurde, was im Winter gerade im Altbau nicht geht. Wir können uns nicht vorstellen, hier noch einmal zu wohnen und behalten uns rechtliche Schritte vor. Wir erwarten eine Rückerstattung von mind. 100-150 für diese unmögliche Situation.
