Our "Ulitzka Holiday Rental" is located right on the state line between Thuringia and Lower Saxony. Treat yourself to a few days of peace and relaxation in the Harz foothills and come visit us. Our holiday rental was lovingly renovated in 2024. The area is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, and those seeking tranquility. From here, you can reach great destinations such as the Brocken, the Kyffhäuser Monument, the Mittelbau-Dora Concentration Camp Memorial, and much more. The Harz Mountains can also be wonderfully explored via the Harz narrow-gauge railways. With approximately 50 m² of living space, this apartment offers enough room and comfort for up to 2 adults and one child to enjoy a pleasant stay. The lovingly furnished apartment, featuring an adjoining balcony, includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the holiday rental! Reservations are available for stays of 3 nights or more at €85 per night. For stays of fewer than 3 nights, a one-time surcharge of €35 applies. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
