The modern kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker – ideal for those who enjoy cooking themselves.

There are two bedrooms, one or both of which can be located on the ground floor. Both rooms are furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has its own shower and washbasin. In addition, the property has a luxury bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside is also pleasant: you have a spaciously furnished terrace and a roof terrace - perfect for relaxing in the open air. Of course, free wifi is available and you can park your car in the park's general parking area.
