This beautiful apartment is nestled between cycling and hiking trails. From the terrace, you can enjoy sweeping views over the countryside and out to the mountains. An electric awning provides shade on sunny days. The terrace is perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a cozy evening barbecue.



A grocery store is just a short walk away. The district town of Sankt Wendel is only 6 kilometers away and offers plenty of shopping, a swimming pool, a golf course, and many popular events. Bostalsee, with its 120 hectares and a variety of activities like swimming, surfing, and boating, is just 24 kilometers away. Bundesliga club SV Elversberg’s home games are about 18 km from the apartment.



The apartment is ideal for both workers and families with children. Toys can be provided on request, and there’s also an indoor swing.



All shutters are electrically operated. The apartment features three modern TVs, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room.

Pros: Die tolle und große Terrasse. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Cons: Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte.
