Private: natural state property 200 m2, garden with lawn 200 m2 trees. Patio (5 m2). Motor access to 5 m from the house. Width of access road: 500 cm. Parking at the house at 10 m on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, shopping centre 22 km, bus stop 6.3 km, railway station "Kumla" 7 km, sandy beach 11 km, grass beach 11 km, bathing lake "Tripphultssjön" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, minigolf 7 km, sports centre 7 km, fishing possibilities 20 km. Nearby attractions: Kvarntorpshögen 20 km, Örebro slott 27 km. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) sleeping alcove with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
