The kitchen is cleverly designed to make the most of the limited space, yet it’s fully equipped—including a dishwasher—so you can cook to your heart’s content. The modern shower room impresses with high-quality fixtures, a pleasant atmosphere, and plenty of functionality. On the charming, sun-facing balcony, you can breathe in the fresh air in peace and privacy—your very own outdoor retreat.

Wi-Fi, an additional TV, and access to the shared washing machine and dryer in the hallway are included. We’re happy to provide a cot—and four-legged guests are also welcome by arrangement.

Each apartment has a unique layout and is lovingly furnished—ranging from cosy and compact to spacious and family-friendly., Whether with a private entrance, a balcony, or a two-story maisonette layout: Everyone will find their perfect holiday home here. Sizes range from approximately 30 m² to 46 m², ideal for couples and families.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while cosy spring-core sleeper sofas offer additional space to relax or spend the night. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi and at least one flat-screen TV, are, of course, included.

The building also provides a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing set for shared use. We’ve even thought of the little ones: A cot is available upon request. Dogs are also welcome in some apartments—please just ask in advance.
