At 50 m², this beautiful 2-room apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The spacious living and dining area flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare your meals. Here you will also find a dining table that seats all guests and a balcony with a view over Warnemünde. A cozy sofa bed invites you to linger or watch TV and can be converted into a double bed in just a few steps.
The apartment is rounded off by a modern bathroom.
Your pet is also very welcome.
