Romantic, stylish and cozy as in the old days, with all the modern comforts:
In the center of the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the spa gardens, church square and Old Electricity away, lies our holiday home »Strandfieber«, a semi-detached house with the typical roadside wooden veranda for Warnemünde.
The house was completely renovated in 1999 and renovated in 2015. We have furnished it with much love and practicality. »Strandfieber« has underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, stereo-radio / CD and internet / W-LAN. Two floors and a floor space of 85 sqm. The ideal starting point for your holiday pleasure between dunes, lighthouse and sea.

The wooden porch that is so typical of Warnemünde invites you to breakfast in the sun in the morning.

Schöne Unterkunft mitten im Ort und doch ruhig. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde durch die Vermieterin gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut.

Perfektes Häuschen in bester Lage mit sehr guter Infrastruktur und Strand fußläufig. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend, erreichbar und sehr zuverlässig. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und gut durchdacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbare FeWo in bester Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, besonders die Veranda und die Terrasse hinten. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einer Familie angenehmen Aufenthalt. Vom Schlafzimmer oben geht eine Schiebetür zu einem kleinen Raum mit zwei Betten, welches wirklich nur für Kinder oder gelenkige junge Menschen geeignet ist, weil sehr eng. Das gilt auch für die zwei Betten im unteren Schlafzimmer, welche mit einer Schiebeleiter zu erreichen sind. Das ist aber keine Kritik, das muss man nur wissen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist sehr angenehm und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort. Auch telefonisch immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir werden sicher wieder diese FeWo buchen.

Ferienhäuschen zum Verlieben :-)

Das kleine, ehemalige Fischerhäuschen ist wirklich wunderschön. Schlafmöglichkeiten top, Küchen- und Wohnbereich super gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das man den Kamin samt dort liegenden Holz frei benutzen darf ist der Hammer, so kann man es sich an kühlen Abenden gemütlich machen, so wie wir da wir im Herbst dort waren. Die Sonnenterasse lädt an warmen Tagen auch zum verweilen und Tag ausklingen ein. Lage ist auch klasse, fußläufig kommt man innerhalb 5 bis max 10 min zum Strand, Bahnhof Warnemünde und ins Zentrum sowie an den alten Strom mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem waren wir hoch zu friden, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, unkompliziert und schnell. Wir kommen gern wieder, gern in dieses Frienhäuschen und empfehlen es auf jeden fall weiter. Fam. Krumbiegel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Warnemünde

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Insbesondere die Küche war top ausgestattet! Alles sehr geräumig und auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolles Ferienhaus an guter Lage

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt richtig geniessen. Das Haus war sehr schön. Wir sind zu viert verreist. Mein Mann und ich teilten uns das Elternschlafzimmer. Das war toll. Unser Freund hat im grösseren Zimmer unter dem Dach geschlafen. Auch das war super. Doch für unsere Freundin, welche im Kinderzimmer unter dem Dach gechlafen hat, war es doch recht eng. Aber es ging, da sie nicht sehr gross ist. Ansonsten ist es aber ein schönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Wohn-Essbereich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber.

Praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit paar kleinen Extras wie Startvorräten an Kaffepads, Tee, Spülmaschinentabs. Schönes Badezimmer, kurzer Weg für Einkäufe, zum Bahnhof und zum Strand. In Summe ein sehr schöner Urlaub, deshalb 5 Sterne

Schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung/Haus

Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo im Herzen von Warnemünde. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, mit praktischen Innenhof. Von Föhn, Waschmaschine, drei Fernseher, Spielen, Verlängerungskabel, gut ausgestatteter Küche - alles zu finden. Einzig das oben genannte Badezimmer, ist lediglich ein Gäste WC mit Waschbecken. Leider ohne Steckdose. Das Haus ist soweit sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die zusätzlichen Betten für die Kinder sind eher für kleinere Kinder bis 10 Jahre geeignet. (das obere zusätzliche Zimmer ist sehr niedrig und nur durch eine schmale Schiebetür zu erreichen, der untere Spitzboden ist mit einer Leiter zugänglich) Die Heizung stand auch im Sommer zur Verfügung, was bei schlechten Wetter echt von Vorteil ist. Es wird wohl nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. ;) Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern ist sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.

Wunderschönes Objekt in idealer Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man ist super schnell am Strom und kann bummeln oder in die andere Richtung zum Strand gehen. Im Haus selber wurde an alles gedacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der liebevollen Einrichtung im Haus und vom netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, zentrales Ferienhaus mit viel Charme

Wir haben uns kurzfristig eingebucht und schnell alle Infos vom Vermieter bekommen. Das Haus liegt zentral in Warnemünde, ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und hat alles "an Bord" was man im Urlaub so benötigt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen mit unserer Familie gerne wieder. Es ist wirklich "zum Verlieben".

Tolles Objekt in guter Lage. Nur die Sauberkeit im Objekt war leider nicht gut. Es wurde nur sehr oberflächlich sauber gemacht und im Bad waren überall Haare.

Schöner Osterurlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus in top Lage, für 4 Personen ok, da leider nur eine Dusche. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Garage etwas entfernt, aber 1 Fahrrad vorhanden, was man für die Rückfahrt benutzen kann. Kommen gern wieder.
