The lovingly and comfortably furnished apartments are located in the heart of Warnemünde. The beach, the old stream to the pier or to the railway station - in 5 to 10 minutes you are there. Public transportation is easy to reach and numerous shops are located in the immediate vicinity. Parking is located on the property and can be booked for free. The minimum stay is 3 nights. 10% down payment - at least 50 euros - from the total price within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival to our account. Arrival and departure by telephone

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Objekt war exakt wie beschrieben. Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet.Schlafzimmer sind großzügig, die Matratzen sehr gut.Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten sehr schön,Der Parkplatz ist etwas eng aber ok. In Warnemünde muss man froh sein, wenn man überhaupt einen Stellplatz am Objekt hat.Die Lage ist perfekt!! Ruhig aber wirklich alles super schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte sehr unkompliziert und zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch. Sehr gastfreundlich.

Gute Lage und sehr ordentliche Unterkunft.

Wir können eigentlich nichts großes bemängeln. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Lage der Wohnung. Cirka 5 min. zu Fuß sind es zum alten Strom. Und nur 2 bis 3 min. bis zur Ostsee.
