Ein süßes 1-Zimmer Appartement. Die Lage ist gut und wer das bucht,bekommt ein Appartement im typisch berlinerischen Flair. Die Wohnung braucht in vielen Ecken wieder mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Insgesamt liegt das Zimmer im rechten Seitenflügel des Hauses und ist-anders als auf den Bildern, trotz Sommer und Sonneneinstrahlung-sehr dunkel. Da reicht es leider nicht aus,dass die Einrichtung insgesamt hell gehalten wurde. Beim Hereinkommen (Außentemperatur ca 32 Grad,hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit) in den Innenhof kam ein starker Geruch auf, der an Schimmel erinnert und sich in der Wohnung ebenfalls-aber deutlich weniger-wiederholt hat. Badezimmer: eine Toilettenbürste,die sicherlich schon 8 Jahre oder länger nicht gewechselt wurde. Eine dreckige Dusche,die eine Grundreinigung benötigt und eine Lüftung,die vor lauter Spinnenweben krampfhaft versucht,die Luft vom Duschen hinauszubefördern. Die Toilettenspülung läuft häufig nach. Küche: schön ist,dass es ein paar Gewürze gegeben hat. Leider hat die Salzverpackung schon so viel Feuchtigkeit gezogen,dass diese bereits weich war. Bei einer Belegung von 4 Pers. wünsche ich mir,dass so viel Geschirr da ist,dass zwei Essen eingenommen werden können ohne zu spülen. Das war leider nicht so.Wohnen/Schlafen: tolles Schlafsofa! Die Matratzen im Bett waren uns persönlich zu weich und das Lattenrost war am Fußende kaputt. Achtung beim Hinsetzen! Ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung vorhanden. Vieles lässt sich einfach beheben.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine Keybox, das funktionierte einwandfrei. Allerdings gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, wo sich die Wohnung befindet. Somit mussten wir lange suchen, fragen und den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Der Schlüssel war sehr schwergängig, so dass wir nach einer strapaziösen Anreise genervt waren. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem und gemütlich. Oberflächlich war die Wohnung sauber, aber in den Ecken und Möbeln nicht. Einige Gegenstände wie Fön, Bügeleisen waren entgegen des Mietvertrages nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ist sehr dunkel. Da sie gut gelegen und ruhig ist, ist sie auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und für unseren Kurzaufenthalt komfortabel gewesen. Wir waren tatsächlich überrascht, wie ruhig es gewesen ist. Die Hinterhoflage einfach ideal. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man erreicht fußläufig rasch diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowie nette Läden, Cafes, Parks,... Einen Sternabzug geben wir für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Sorry. Und zur Info: der angegebene Haartrockner ist nicht vorhanden gewesen. Super aber, für längere Aufenthalte: Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
