Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und die Wachau und das Kamptal sind von dort aus perfekt zu erkunden. Das Haus ist vor ca. 10 Jahren renoviert bzw. umgebaut worden; leider ist seit dem die Instandhaltung und die Inneneinrichtung vernachlässigt worden. Der uneinsehbare Innenhof ist das Highlight -der jedoch auch aufgepeppt werden müsste. Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht mehr der Realität. Fernsehen geht nur im Jogaraum ( sehr ungemütlich) und das WLAN in den hinteren Räumen nicht nutzbar, obwohl auf den Bildern Schreibtische abgebildet waren. Wir waren einige Wochen in Österreich unterwegs und haben immer ein Haus an den jeweiligen Standorten gebucht. Rückblickend hatte dieses Haus das schlechteste Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
