Guest Room '315' with Mountain View, Private Heated Pool, and Wi-Fi

"At 315" is a 19 m² guest room located in Villeneuve-de-Berg, in southern Ardèche. This is a private, detached cottage that you lock yourselves. You have a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom separated by a sliding door for added privacy. Enjoy views of the Coiron mountains, a fan, a smart TV with streaming services via fiber Wi-Fi, and a workspace with a desk. Breakfast is included and features homemade jams prepared by your hosts and local honey. The room is not designed for cooking or dining (no dishes or cooking equipment).



The property runs entirely on solar energy with LED lighting. You have access to a private garden and a covered terrace of 14 m². The outdoor pool, heated by solar panels, is private (3.5 m x 3.5 m) and reserved for studio guests from 29/05 to 15/09 (10 am-8 pm in summer, 10 am-7 pm in September).



Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome (one per stay), provided they are never left alone in the room. Events are not allowed. The access and interior are all on one level. Public transport is available, but we recommend coming by car due to the distance from stations.



Your hosts live on site in their own accommodation and offer an additional cleaning service, available for an extra fee. The 3,000 m² property is in a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by oaks and nature. Nearby: Balmes de Montbrun, Alba-la-Romaine, Chauvet 2 Cave, Balazuc, Vogüé. Smoking is not allowed indoors; for outdoor smoking, please consult your hosts. The use of personal electrical devices is prohibited except for medical purposes.
