We enjoyed the most glorious Christmas week at Villa Pelicanos!!!!! The staff was truly outstanding and Theo was always on call and responded promptly to any questions we might have….we could not have been any more pleased with this gorgeous, spacious property!!!! What a treat!

I stayed at Villa Pelicanos for my bachelorette with 12 girls, and it was truly the most incredible experience! The villa is somehow even more beautiful than the photos—absolute paradise... surrounded by lush greenery, breathtaking ocean views and beach access. Every room was stunning and spotless. We felt like royalty! The team cleaned our rooms and refreshed towels daily, kept the pool and gardens immaculate, handled our luggage, groceries (including dietary requests), airport transfers, taxis and golf carts. We never had to lift a finger. Mariana and the longtime chefs prepared delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners with beautiful setups. Even after our late nights, we'd wake up to a perfectly clean house!Theo our guest manager, was incredibly responsive in our WhatsApp group, and Javier and the entire staff were so warm and attentive. Any little issue was fixed within minutes. They also helped arrange a fantastic bartender (the best fresh margaritas!), heavenly massages and ocean-view yoga where we could hear the waves. Even the occasional adorable puppies running around made our mornings!The location felt safe and secluded yet was walkable to town, although we barely wanted to leave. One note: there are lots of stairs, so it may not suit guests with any limitations.This was t ultimate girls' trip, and equally perfect for families or big groups. We can't wait to return with our husbands. Thank you Theo, Mariana, Javier and everyone for making it unforgettable!

Another fantastic stay!

We came back for the third time and so glad we did! Words can’t express the magic of Villa Pelicanos. This property is starting to feel like home and can’t wait to go back next year. Make sure you have Mariana and Nancy prepare all your meals. They are fabulous hosts and excellent cooks.

Beautiful Location, close to everything, great for families.

The villas are really beautiful with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. You can easily walk to the beach or in town. The staff was great and the food was really good. Theo was very responsive and great helping with arrangements. The property was very lush and well maintained, would definitely return.

Paradise!

Amazing villa. Perfect set up with the ability to have separate rooms for groups of people but then a large common area for socialising, meals and plenty of room for kids to play. Great pool with the most amazing view!

Spring Break 2024

Wow! What a place!! Location is perfect and place exceeded all expectations. Perfect for kids and adults……and even 1 senior citizen. Beaches were great and easily accessible but nothing beats sitting high on the hill at the pool overlooking everything!! Would highly recommend this property plus any/all extras (meals, yoga, etc.).

Incredible Property - Wonderful Trip

My family and friends traveled from near and far to be with me to celebrate a milestone birthday. We stayed at Villa Pelicano's and we didn't have a single regret about our choice. The property is magnificent with views of the ocean from every single place you could stand. Mariana/Xavier/Theo and everyone else we encountered was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. A gorgeous property

We enjoyed our stay very much! Theo was great to communicate with and provided assistance in booking tours. The staff at the villa were wonderful, we hardly knew they were there. Mariana and Nancy prepared delicious meals for us! The property itself is wonderful and immaculate! The pool was perfect for all our kids. Each family having there own villa was great. We could be together but privacy at the same time! We highly recommend this property!

A beautiful view

An amazing property with beautiful views. Rooms are clustered in a way to give some privacy and space from the larger group. The staff was amazing to work with. Mariana and Jessica were wonderful to work with around planning our meals for 16 people including many kids. We had a great stay. There were enough stairs to keep you in shape while eating the wonderful food. You could hear the sounds of the bigger town especially at night but at a distance. I would highly recommend this property for family retreats or other gatherings.
