Gîte "La Maison du Ruisseau" with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

La Maison du Ruisseau is ideal for hosting a large family or a group (athletes, professionals on assignment, etc.). Located in Bourges, Centre-Val de Loire, right next to the Bourges SNCF train station, this 190 m² rental can accommodate up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms equipped with single, double, and bunk beds. You have a bathroom, three showers, a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, fans, and a spa on the terrace, available from mid-May to mid-October at no extra charge. Three baby beds are at your disposal. Self check-in is possible for your convenience.



Enjoy the private, shaded patio terrace bordered by a peaceful stream, offering a country atmosphere in the city center. The uncovered terrace, fixed barbecue, large tables, benches, and garden chairs are perfect for your outdoor meals and relaxing moments.



You can park 5 to 6 cars in the small courtyard and in the dead-end street in front of the house, with additional parking available nearby. Up to three pets are allowed. The train station and bus stops (free throughout Bourges) are a five-minute walk away.



Located downtown at the end of a private, quiet dead-end street, the house is 500 m from the historic center and the Saint-Étienne Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage). The classified marshes are within walking distance. The Val d’Auron lake beach, a 15-minute drive, offers swimming and water sports. Bourges, European Capital of Culture 2028, offers many museums and monuments to discover.



Please note, access to the upper floor is via stairs and a few steps lead to the dining room. The gîte is non-smoking; smoking is only allowed outside.
