Located in Roquefort-des-Corbières in the heart of the Corbières region, this 42 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private fully-equipped kitchen. The property features private air conditioning, WiFi, TV, and washing machine. A baby bed is available for families with children.



Step outside to enjoy the shared garden and outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere. The pool is accessible from early April to late October, weather permitting. You can also use the shared table tennis during your stay.



Parking is available both on-site and on the street. The property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic, and an electric charging station is located 50 meters away. Dogs are accepted upon request and subject to approval. Events and music are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected from 10 pm to 9 am. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out before 10 am.



Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided. Bed linens are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning must be completed by you or can be arranged for an extra fee. You can enjoy wine tastings and purchases nearby, and visit the African Reserve of Sigean. The location offers an ideal setting between the sea and Corbières mountains.
