Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und es waren wirklich alle MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich mit denen wir Kontakt hatten. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass in unserem Aufenthalt die Heizung kaputt gegangen ist und wir eine Nacht kein warmes Wasser hatten, weil ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden musste. Das war einfach Pech und kann immer passieren. Wir wurden umgehend darüber informiert und es wurden uns auch Alternativmöglichkeiten wie bspw. eine Elektroheizung angeboten - sie waren sehr bemüht und Lösungen anzubieten! Einziges wirkliches Manko (wofür die Vermietung aber absolut nichts kann!): Obwohl wir in der zweiten Herbstferienwoche NRW vor Ort waren sind die ersten Geschäfte in Winterpause gegangen, der Campingplatz wurde geschlossen und dadurch auch die Toilettenhäuschen am Strand. Vielleicht sollte man vor der Buchung diesbezüglich recherchieren.
