Die Wohnung befindet sich in Fußweite des schönen Wörthsee, einer Apotheke, mehrerer Restaurants, einer Spielplatz, eines Schreibwarenladen, einer Arztpraxis und eines Frisör. Aber auch der SUP und Tretboot-Verleih, ein Pizzaservice, ein Kosmetiksalon und ein Obst- und Gemüseladen, sowie Bankfilialen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
