Just a few steps away lies the famous Gersheim orchid area, which delights visitors—especially in spring and early summer—with a variety of rare wild orchids. Whether you’re hiking, biking, or simply relaxing in the countryside—this is the perfect place to unwind. The holiday rental accommodates up to 6 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area, free Wi-Fi, and a magnificent view of the countryside—all in a quiet location surrounded by nature. This spacious apartment welcomes you with a separate entrance and an inviting foyer. It features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second, separate double bedroom with a closet, bedside lamps, and plenty of natural light. The heart of the apartment is the bright, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining table that seats up to six people—ideal for shared meals. Amenities include a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for a pleasant stay. The living room is spacious, featuring a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, and wide windows that let in plenty of light—the floor is intentionally left without carpet. Two modern bathrooms offer maximum comfort: One is equipped with a large walk-in shower with grab bars, a sink, and a toilet—ideal for guests with limited mobility. The second bathroom features a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, a large mirror, a makeup mirror, and a towel warmer. The entire property is equipped with radiators and offers plenty of space to relax—perfect for families, couples, or guests who value comfort.



On-site fees: A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
