Enjoy the historic atmosphere of the Sonnenland housing estate—a designated historic site—in the Potsdam-West district, located on the street of the same name. It’s the ideal starting point for excursions to the New Palace in Sanssouci Park, the centre of the royal city of Potsdam, Berlin, or even the “City of Flowers,” Werder. In about a 7-minute walk, you’ll reach the public transport stop for a ride to the historic city centre or a transfer to Berlin, shopping options, and direct access to the Havel lakes. The lakes invite you to take long walks or bike rides along the water. There is a quiet garden restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

The holiday rental is 56 square metres in size and accommodates up to 4 people. It features a spacious living-bedroom with a sitting area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The French double bed in the bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m. The combined living room/bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. During the warm summer months, a fan is available in the bedroom. The attic apartment is furnished with stylish pinewood furniture.
