When you step outside, you will find yourselves just a 1-minute walk from Las Canteras beach and next to Santa Catalina Park. The location offers immediate access to the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and public transport connections.



On-street parking is available on a shared basis. Pets are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Please note that the building does not have a lift, so you must use the stairs to access the accommodation. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. You can enjoy the famous Las Palmas Carnival, local festivals, and events throughout the year, as well as water sports at the nearby beach. Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
