A warm welcome to our cosy holiday rental in Bad Kösen—idyllically situated above the spa town with a breathtaking panoramic view of the historic old town, the spa facilities including the graduation tower, and the surrounding vineyards and forests of the Saale Valley. The peaceful setting invites you to enjoy relaxing days, while numerous recreational activities make the surrounding area particularly attractive: Explore the Saale River by motorboat, visit the impressive graduation tower with its open-air inhalation area, and stroll through the zoo or the Käthe Kruse doll exhibition with its glass workshop. Active holidaymakers will find plenty to enjoy while hiking and biking in the Saale Valley and through the vineyards—including wine tastings at nearby wineries. A special highlight is the annual Saale Wine Mile on Pentecost, which stretches over 6 km from Bad Kösen to Roßbach and features more than 30 wine and gourmet stands. Pets are welcome here, and parking is available right next to the house.

Our approximately 60 m² holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, as well as a cosy living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available for your entertainment and connectivity. Parking is available directly in front of the building. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €15 per pet. The tourist tax of €3 per person per night (for guests 16 years and older) will be charged on-site. Children ages 6 to 15: €1.50. Children ages 0 to 5: €0.00. Additional fees: Use of the washing machine: 15.00€



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
