Beautiful and peaceful place to stay, close walk to town!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our 1 week stay at this beautiful and clean property. The owner, Margie was a good and prompt communicator. The property was ready before the usual check in time! We loved the spacious environment both indoors and outside the property. We enjoyed watching the elks which came by the property almost each day! We appreciated the privacy of the property, and did not feel isolated from the great neighborhood Margie shared with us helpful information about Estes Park which made our stay easy. We enjoyed the good views of the mountains from the property. The property had all the amenities we needed plus more. The kitchen had utensils, spices and other basic items for cooking. We enjoyed our family meals here with a big dining area and patio. Our 7 year old enjoyed playing with the toys provided. As a family, we enjoyed playing board games and watching a movie, all provided at the property! The property is close to Estes town! Each morning we enjoyed taking a few minutes walk to Estes town and even continued our walks to Lake Estes! We always looked forward to coming back to the cool property after each day outdoors and we could always adjust the temperature if we needed to. The fireplace was a great amenity too! We would love to stay here again in the future! Thanks, Margie!

We are a family run business. Mike takes care of the heavy lifting, repairs and cleaning. Margie takes care of the booking process, cleaning, maintaining and updating the house. Margie will be the one you most likely talk to. I always like to meet my guests, give a tour and answer any questions about the house, neighborhood, town and Rocky Mountain National Park. I've lived in Estes Park for 42 years and enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of the area.

Why they chose this property

Twin Owls House is adjacent to our family home. Our dear friends used to own the house for 20 years before we bought it. We grew very sentimentally attached to this beautiful home. It is truly a historic Estes Park home that has been cared for so graciously. We take extra good care of this charmer and think it sits on one of the best lots in town. Since we live next door it is easy for us to maintain and to be available for our guests should they need anything.

What makes this property unique

IMMACULATE, QUIET,BRIGHT! This house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's on a large lot with mature pines and wildlife visitors. There are gorgeous trees, a meadow and nice views of Lumpy Ridge. It's easy to enjoy the outdoors with the front deck, back patio, hammock and comfortable Amish furniture in the yard. There's always wildlife passing through and when indoors, you can see it all with the big picture windows.
