Holiday Apartment 'Sonneninsel Fuerteventura' with Sea View, Communal Pool and Wi-Fi

The 60 m² apartment is located in Aguas Verdes, Fuerteventura, and accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The fully equipped private kitchen is open to the dining area, and the living room offers a five-seater sofa. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, self check-in, and step-free access inside.



On your private balcony, you will find two sun loungers and a small table – ideal for enjoying the sea view and sunsets over the bay and the Atlantic. The two communal saltwater outdoor pools and the children's pool invite you to relax. Additionally, you have access to a tennis court and a mini-golf course, some for an extra fee. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk (approx. 600 m) away.



Important note: The GPS position of the apartment may currently be inaccurate due to technical issues. The accommodation is located in the village of Aguas Verdes, on the road to Playa de Santa Inés.



There are communal parking spaces on the property. Events are not permitted. A car is essential for exploring the area and shopping, as the nearest shops are 12 km away in Antigua. The accommodation is about a 20-minute drive from the airport; public transport is not available. On your way from the airport, you will pass shopping centers in Puerto del Rosario, where you can buy groceries and drinks. Wi-Fi and internet are reliable, but there is no mobile reception in the area. A few days before your arrival, you will be contacted to receive arrival information.
