Welcome to our spacious "Altstadt Flair" apartment—stylish, versatile, and with a "stunning" view! With 90 m2 of space, this holiday rental offers plenty of room for families, friends, or small groups of up to six people. It’s located right in the heart of the Old Town, yet it’s a secluded retreat all to itself. Bright rooms, warm colours, and stylish furnishings create a special atmosphere that invites you to linger and feel right at home. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and a smart TV, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. In the cosy living and dining area, a high-quality sleeper sofa invites you to relax—and there’s an additional smart TV here as well. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and has everything you could want. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are, of course, included. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your meals: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, as well as brand-name dishes, cutlery for every occasion, cups, egg cups, wine glasses, and much more. A modern fully automatic coffee machine is available for making coffee—upon request, we’d be happy to provide a classic drip coffee maker. For your convenience, we also provide many practical items free of charge: coffee beans and tea bags, toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, as well as tea towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, fresh towels, and bed linens. For your entertainment, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+ are available. Our holiday rental is a smoke-free property; of course, you are welcome to smoke on the attached terrace. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM; we ask that you check out by 11:00 AM. If you’d like different times, please contact us in advance. We’re happy to hand over the keys to you in person on-site—alternatively, a key safe is available for your use. You will, of course, receive the code and all necessary information in advance. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a relaxing and unforgettable stay!
